Founded by Marko Cantero, Athletic Performance Studio draws on his 12+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Marko’s background includes serving as a personal trainer at Stanford University, a strength and conditioning coach at St. Mary’s College, and a corporate fitness instructor. His experience extends to CrossFit coaching, Pilates instruction, and teaching kinesiology as a college professor. This diverse expertise has shaped our unique approach to fitness, focusing on building a solid foundation for movement, strength, and mobility.
