All classes are designed to develop, maintain, and enhance your foundation for movement - improving overall health and fitness. You will receive personalized coaching, workout instruction, and modifications based on your ability.

Strength & Conditioning

A class that combines a variety of strengthening exercises and conditioning workouts to improve your overall fitness. Each workout is constantly varied and designed to include any combination of squatting, pushing, pulling, conditioning, and core exercises. In addition, these classes implement the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, cardiovascular machines, and much more. Some days you’ll have the opportunity to work on building your overall strength and other days you’ll spend time improving your endurance capacity. All fitness levels are welcome, and our coaches will be able to adapt each workout to your own capabilities. You can find our programmed workouts for each week by clicking here.

Reformer Flow

A class that primarily takes place on the Pilates reformer. Build physical and mental strength, muscle endurance, improve flexibility, and learn to create a solid foundation for movement and control.

Cardio Pilates

A class that adds the jumpboard, dumbbells, and a variety of other props to ramp up your Pilates practice. Combining a variety of conditioning methods with the Pilates repertoire is a way to create a high-intensity yet fun class.

Pilates Flow

A class that takes place on the mat, with the occasional use of props, to establish and strengthen your Pilates practice. Learn body control, build your core, increase flexibility, and improve your overall physical and mental strength.
